U-8 / U-10 Ladies Football
U8/U10 training continues at 6:30 on Tuesdays. The young ladies took part in a recent tournament where they travelled to three of their four games. We had very good numbers for all games, which is a credit to the girls and their parents who took the time to travel and support them. We would like to thank all for their continued support. We are currently looking for girls to attend an upcoming Blitz in St.Brigids.
U-12 Ladies Football
Our U12 Ladies hosted Clann na nGael last week in the Westmeath/Roscommon Tournament. For most of the game it was evenly balanced but Clann came out on top in what can only be described as wintry conditons. Moate travel to Knockcroghery for Round 4 of the Tournament this week.  Training continues at 6:30 on Tuesdays. The Roscommon league/Chammpionship shall start in the coming weeks, attendance at training is essential.
U-16 Ladies Football
Our U-16s Ladies defeated Ballinameen in their first game of the Championship on Thursday last in Knockcroghery. Dominics self belief carried them right through to the final whistle. Ballinameen and Dominics exchanged scores in the early part of the game but two goals in quick succession put Dominics on top and they led at half time. Second half, with the wind in their favour, the ladies took some impressive scores. All team members played their part with the defence holding strong in the last few minutes earning them a deserved victory.
